Welcome to NovaAssault, a video game developed and managed by EtereaGames. These Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the NovaAssault video game (“Product”) and its related multiplayer services. Please read these Terms carefully before using the Product. By accessing or using the Product, the User agrees to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Product.
01Definitions
1.1 EtereaGames
Refers to the company that owns and manages NovaAssault.
1.2 User
Refers to any person who accesses or uses NovaAssault.
1.3 Product
Refers to the NovaAssault video game, including all game modes, multiplayer features, updates, and related content provided by EtereaGames.
1.4 Epic Games
Refers to the third-party platform that provides the infrastructure for multiplayer and stores data related to the game.
02Age Requirements and PEGI 18
2.1 NovaAssault is rated PEGI 18. Access to and use of the Product are permitted only for users who are 18 years of age or older.
2.2 EtereaGames does not take responsibility for access to the Product by users under the age of 18 who circumvent age verification systems.
03Data Retention and Privacy Management
3.1 Epic Games Services
NovaAssault uses Epic Games’ services for the retention of data related to user accounts, game progress, and multiplayer statistics.
3.2 Personal Information
The data collected during the use of the Product may include personal information such as usernames, game statistics, and in-game behaviors. Such data is managed and stored in accordance with Epic Games’ Privacy Policy and applicable regulations.

04Access and Use of Multiplayer
- 4.1 The multiplayer system of NovaAssault is hosted on Epic Games’ servers. The User agrees to abide by the multiplayer rules and codes of conduct established by both EtereaGames and Epic Games.
- 4.2 The User commits not to exploit bugs, use cheats, or engage in behaviors that may harm the experience of other players.
- 4.3 EtereaGames reserves the right to suspend or ban user accounts that violate the Terms or multiplayer regulations.
05Intellectual Property
- 5.1 All content, materials, graphics, design, trademarks, logos, and other elements present in NovaAssault are the property of EtereaGames or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
- 5.2 The User may not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, or sell any content or material from NovaAssault without the prior written consent of EtereaGames.
06License to Use
- 6.1 EtereaGames grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use NovaAssault for personal and non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms.
- 6.2 The User may not decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to obtain the source code of the Product.
07Payments and Refunds
- 7.1 Some content or features of NovaAssault may require payments. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified by EtereaGames or as required by applicable law.
- 7.2 EtereaGames reserves the right to change the prices of paid services and features at any time. Changes will not affect purchases already made.
08Limitation of Liability
8.1 NovaAssault is provided “as is” and “as available.” EtereaGames does not guarantee that the Product is free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components.
8.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EtereaGames shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use NovaAssault.
09Changes to the Terms
- 9.1 EtereaGames reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon the publication of the updated Terms on the official NovaAssault website or within the game itself.
- 9.2 Continued use of the Product after the publication of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
10Governing Law and Jurisdiction
10.1 Users are informed that the European Commission provides an online platform for alternative dispute resolution, which can be accessed at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
