End User License Agreement

01Acceptance of Agreement

By installing, copying, or using Nova Assault, you agree to be bound by the terms of this End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree, do not install or use the game.

02Grant of License

EtereaGames grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited license to install and use Nova Assault solely for personal and non-commercial purposes.

03Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in and to Nova Assault, including code, assets, audio, names, trademarks, and content, remain the exclusive property of EtereaGames or its licensors. You do not acquire any ownership rights in the game.

04Restrictions

You may not:

• Decompile, disassemble, or reverse-engineer the software.
• Copy, distribute, or modify the game.
• Sell, rent, or sublicense the game.
• Use cheats, bots, exploits, or unauthorized third-party software.
• Use the game for commercial or public purposes without written permission.

05Online Accounts and Services

Use of online features (matchmaking, Solva economy, progression) may require the creation of a user account. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must keep your credentials secure.

Violation of the rules may result in account suspension or termination at EtereaGames’ sole discretion.

06Updates and Changes

EtereaGames may update or modify the game at any time (patches, balances, new features) without prior notice. This license includes access to such updates, but does not guarantee perpetual compatibility.

07Limitation of Liability

The game is provided “as is”, without any warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. EtereaGames shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the game, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

08Termination

This license may be terminated at any time by EtereaGames if you violate its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the game and delete all copies in your possession.

09Governing Law

This EULA is governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the user’s local jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
